Course is designed for Sophomore-Senior students to gain more useful information on their own health and wellness to use in their lives after high school. Curriculum focuses on needs of various essential nutrients on a person-by-person basis to be utilized in goal setting for meal planning and exercise routines. Labs are an essential part of the class. However, the class is NOT a culinary class. Labs are all done with purpose.
